[SBU Board] Outdoor tournaments

Hi all,

These might be of use if we're looking into hosting tournaments outdoors.


   - Weather- and windproof playing cards (although they won't fit in

   - Magnetic playing cards, but I can't find a good source for those
   - Tent canopies
   - Card sleeves (This seems like the easiest thing to do):

   have other sizes too, if these aren't the right ones.

Also attached is a guide for planning events in Seattle public parks and
one specifically for Mercer Island, which seem viable and a lot cheaper
than renting a space. Another bonus of being outdoors is that it is more
COVID-friendly.
