[SBU Board] Want to test Sweetheart Sectional Pre-registration?

Good thought. I might be able to hide the quantity selector.  Right now, it
does not handle quantities very well anyways -- it does not prompt you for
a separate name/ACBLnum form for each item when you select 2 in the
drop-down, for example.
