[SBU Board] Proposal for the Upcoming Mentor/Mentee Game

Thanks all.  I'm going to consider that a clear enough majority that we'll
go forward with the free entries as the plan.

I put together a draft flyer, see attached. The referenced website isn't up
yet, but you can assume it will be similar to the one we did for the
virtual version of this event. Please send any comments or feedback ASAP,
as I'd like to get this to Mike for the Aug/Sept SUN before he publishes.
