[SBU Board] Proposal for the Upcoming Mentor/Mentee Game

Thanks for putting this together! It all looks good to me.
Regarding what to charge, I'm fine with your idea of free for 0-20MPs and
$7 per player for everyone else. We should also make note in the publicity
that the unit is subsidizing the cost of the event so that there's no
confusion given what normal player fees are. (We don't want to
unintentionally give folks the impression that live bridge can be that
cheap without a subsidy while clubs are trying to get back on their feet.)
Do we want to collect the fee at sign-up or at the door? (We could do
either. I prefer that we pick one or the other and not both.)
