[SBU Board] Faux sectionals (e.g., Valentine's weekend) - how to broaden appeal?

We used to have an I/N chair to push these types of things for newbies thru
(I think Susan, me, David D, Patti were on it last).  This is a really
important committee--even more so in Covid times.  There are LOTS of new
players out there--take a look at the MiniMc and the Ace of C for the unit,
folks with 0-300 points....lots of new names, coming up in the limited
games at SBC and ESBC.
