[SBU Board] Faux sectionals (e.g., Valentine's weekend) - how to broaden appeal?

I think what we have in place or are planning to put in place for the Jabon
and Microsoft trophies is fine.  We need to focus on events for the C
players and newcomers so that they will feel welcome and that their level
players are important to the unit also.  Not that I am saying the unit does
not feel they are important but I am not sure the C players know that the
unit board takes them in to consideration and is trying to come up with
events and or ways to get them more involved.
