[SBU Board] Faux sectionals (e.g., Valentine's weekend) - how to broaden appeal?

I think we need to check to see if we can actually give away 'money'--make
sure it is ok with our state charter and ACBL?
And love the idea of a kid's trophy of some sort.  I know that for kids,
they have to give their DOB to get their ACBL number, so somewhere this is
tracked.
Love the idea of a flight A/B/C (or some such breakout).
