[SBU Board] Sweetheart Sectional Pre-Registration is Open

Hi Gene,

The chairs will coordinate tasks and recruit volunteers (from the board
mostly) for the sites; David is primarily owning the SBC site and Jeff is
primarily owning the EBC site.  This is part of the sectional checklist
that we went over at the board meeting this past Monday. You can reference
it in the Google Drive.  It will also be part of the upcoming board meeting
agendas, right up until the event, so that the board can ensure that
anything needed is covered.

There will definitely be a few more logistical challenges than normal
because of the dual site.  We'll need hospitality coverage at both sites,
for example.

There are, thankfully, several folks on the 2022 board who have run
sectionals previously and their expertise will be greatly appreciated, I'm
sure, as you are not alone in being new to this process. :)
