Apologies for the late release of the meeting minutes.  Would appreciate any additions and/or corrections.  It is with embarrassment that I note that I volunteered to head a committee with support from David and Ann/…and did not capture what that committee was going to do!  Anyone that has a recollection of this item, please let me know!  Cliff
