[SBU Board] Mentor/Mentee Game & Mask guidance

Hi all,

We have 32 folks signed up for the mentor/mentee game as of now, including
4 partnerships (8 people) and 24 individuals. (Note that I removed
duplicate sign-ups from the sheet before taking this count.)  Sign-ups are
still open through this Wednesday, 8/25.

*I've updated the website to reflect that masks will be required at the
game as per the new WA mask mandate that goes into effect on 8/23.* This
aligns with the guidance that SBC is providing to their players (which is
also currently reflected on the website). It also aligns with what EBC is
doing. (And it sounds like Mercercrest is deciding what to do, whether to
return to online or continue with masks.)

I also updated the game page to indicate that anyone who signed up but no
longer wants to play due to the mask mandate and/or updated risk guidance
can contact the event organizers to be removed from the sign-up list. (The
contact link sends an email to the unitgames@ alias.)

I suggest the following actions in prep for the game and I'm assigning
names for who will do them but feel free to pass your assigned action to
someone else if needed:

   - *Ann *- can you please check on whether Nick will have masks we can
   give or sell to players who arrive without one?  If he will not, I have
   some paper masks we can use for this purpose that I can get over to you
   before the game.
   - *Scott* - please email the existing signed up folks to let them know
   that we will be requiring masks and giving the opportunity to reply by EOD
   8/25 to be removed from the game if this new guidance changes their
   willingness to play.
