[SBU Board] New convention card

As some of you know I am also on the Competitions and Conventions Committee
for the ACBL. A recent project has been to create a new convention card,
both to match the new alerting rules, but also to get a little more current
on what people actually play.

There is a post on BridgeWinners with the first draft of the new design

We would love to get feedback from a wide spectrum of players, so if anyone
on the board has time to look and comment (either there or send me an
email) it would be appreciated.
