[SBU Board] D19 GNTs?

Hi JC and all,

Only GNTs from one year, 2020 or 2021 count for eligibility for the next
round of GNTs. It was decided to hold ours in 2021 and use 2020 to talk
about things, get ready to hold them, etc. As for other districts, my
understanding is most were further along on their plans (perhaps
having held online before) than we were and decided to just continue with
their plans and hold them anyway.
