[SBU Board] Unit Board Roles & Responsibilities - action for all board members!

Hi all,

In preparation for our December 7th meeting, I am asking for all board
members to please review and update our Google doc summarizing unit board
roles and responsibilities, for your respective roles and committees:

If your committee or role isn't adequately described, please feel free to
add it!

(Please don't remove information that might be helpful when live
tournaments resume, even if they aren't a current part of your
responsibilities due to the pandemic. But feel free to add notes that might
be helpful regarding conducting online events, as well as any tips and
tricks you have picked up during your time in the role.)

You may need to be logged into Google to make edits to the doc.  You should
be able to edit directly in your browser, without downloading. If you have
trouble for any reason, let me know.
