[SBU Board] Fwd: 2021 GNT and NAP plans

Please see updated info below.  I plan on going out to fall 2019 D19 NAP Finals pairs who were in qualifying positions for 2020 NAP National Finals to apprise them of developments concerning their eligibility for 2021 NAP National Finals either in-person at NABC St Louis, or online.
