[SBU Board] Zoom Use for Virtual Sectional ?

So, asking our director to manage Zoom breakout rooms feels like a little
too much to put on her plate. I wrote into Conditions of Contest that if
the teams want to set up breakout rooms starting in Round 2, that is
allowed, but it's up to the teams themselves.

As the game gets closer, I can look at if we have a volunteer to set those
up. I expect that in Round 1, with possible Round Robins, it might be too
much.
