Sorry it has come this! I believe you are making the correct decision and
also agree we will recover from all of this....I am confident!



I will make arrangements to cancel your event and prepare refunds.
Currently you do not have an event scheduled/booked in 2021 or 2022, which
means I will also need to refund the $500.00 damage deposit.  Please call
me when you are ready to book dates in 2021 or 2021.



To confirm, I will cancel your August 2020 event at the Kent Commons.

Hi Doug,



Due to COVID we are cancelling our event in August.  We don't believe we
will be able to hold it per government restrictions, and we think our
community will be very reluctant to attend, due to COVID.



Per the contract, we believe we are owed a refund of the recent check we
sent.

I would like you to keep the $500 deposit money--we will come to KCC next
year (2021 or in 2022) if you have a spot available for us.



*You are great to work with*--and I know we will recover from this madness,
but probably not this year.
