[SBU Board] Update and Vote request for virtual KO Sectional

Spoke to Jenny Carmichael about running the Virtual online KO event. The
highlights:

- Jenni has experience with a similar event, co-running an alternative
Columbus KO for a European website. She was the secondary director, but
will get things she needs to know from the main director.

- If we were a sanctioned event giving real masterpoints, we can't hire
Jenni, since the ACBL isn't paying her. We could hire one of the directors
that are still on the ACBL payroll. But the rate will probably be higher.

- We agreed upon paying $300 for the event pending approval of the
board..If she needs help on day 1, we will pay for the 2nd director out of
the $300.


I move that the board approve $300 for director fees for the Virtual KO
event.
