[SBU Board] New additions to website - Awards, Youth Bridge

Hi all,

Thanks to stay-at-home, I finished up two projects I'd been wanting to add
to our unit's website:
http://www.bridgeinseattle.org/

The first is to add information about our unit awards and lists of winners.
With Eric Sieg's help (*thanks, Eric!!*), we now have an awards info and
archive on the site.

The second has been a request from both of our local bridge youth groups,
to add them to the site and link out to their respective websites. This is
also added now.

Comments welcome...also would appreciate if anyone has additional history
or context on the Microsoft & Jabon trophies that I could add and/or the
official conditions of contest for each.
