[SBU Board] Board meetings - please get Skype set up

Hi all,

I did some platform evaluation yesterday evening.  Zoom, Skype, Google Duo,
and Slack were all considered.  Of them, the only one that will support a
board meeting of our usual duration and attendance with no cost to us is
Skype.  (Zoom limits to no more than 40 minutes in the free version. Duo &
Slack both limit how many can join to lower than our count.)

*Given this, I'd like to ask that you all take some time before our April
6th board meeting to set up Skype on your device(s).*  If you prefer to be
"voice only", you're welcome to exercise that option, but I want to have
the video option as face-to-face helps avoid misunderstandings of intent
more easily.

If you'd like to do a *practice call* to test your setup before the meeting
on the 6th, I'll host a purely social chat/call this *Saturday 10-10:30am
PT* (or until we all decide we're bored of each other).  *NO BOARD
BUSINESS, JUST CHAT, ENTIRELY OPTIONAL. * I'll send out invite link on Sat
before the call.

If that time doesn't work for you but you want to practice chat, email me
off-list and we'll coordinate on a time.
