[SBU Board] COVID-19: NLM Spring Sectional, Board Meetings, KO Sectional

I'm fine with the contact with Bev being over phone at this point.  We can
follow up via email later if needed. Right now, I just want us to have the
information at the April meeting as to what our situation with IUOE with be
if we cancel.
