[SBU Board] COVID-19: NLM Spring Sectional, Board Meetings, KO Sectional

I agree we should cancel the NLM Spring Sectional (and have voted to do so)

Thank you, JC, for holding at least the next board meeting via
teleconference only

Lastly, I am happy to contact Bev via phone to discuss the possible
cancellation/change fees if we do need to cancel the KO sectional, however,
if we want to have a written record of email exchanges on this subject with
Bev someone else will need to do it.  For some reason my emails do not get
through to Bev.  JC, please advise if you would like me to go ahead and
call her or if you would like someone else to email her.  At this point I
am in favor of canceling the KO sectional also but agree this is something
we most likely (depending on what we find out from Bev) can wait at least
until the next board meeting to discuss.
