[SBU Board] COVID-19 updates on website

Hi all,

I created a page on our website to help consolidate info on bridge event
cancellations & postponements in our area and linked it from a banner that
will show up on all pages.

If you hear of other updates or cancellations I should include, reply to
this thread so I can easily find and add them when time allows.
