[SBU Board] Coronavirus discussion 2.0

I'm generally in agreement with Tom.  As per our discussion on Monday, I
did reach out to all of our club managers offering both communications
assistance and "any other assistance we could provide".  So far, there's
been no requests. Anne Farmer did reply to note that they're keeping
sanitizer at the tables in schools and monitoring/cancelling related to
school closures.

Related - the Everett Sectional (Mar 13-15) and co-located GNT finals for
D19 is still on as of now; I'm on a thread discussing status and potential
fallback options for the GNTs. If that changes, you'll all know as soon as
I know.
