[SBU Board] Final agenda for tonight's meeting

Some corrections vs. the last version and a few additions per feedback.

I'll be bringing printouts of this, the Sweetheart financial results, and
the 2020 budget draft.

I am expecting the discussion of financials, entry fees, and the Sweetheart
postmortem to take most of our time tonight.  If you can't attend but want
to contribute to those discussions, make sure to send your thoughts over by
email either to the list or to me directly before the meeting.
