[SBU Board] possible new unit game idea

Admittedly, I had the advantage of having Scott explain it to me live
before I saw the email.  Add to my "to do" list for the organizing
committee providing a description of the event. Run it by the board first
so that we can get feedback from the group on whether it's clear enough for
all likely levels of players.
