[SBU Board] Fall tournament dates

JC:

I heard from Bev at the Union Hall on 1/10/2020.  At this time she is still
waiting to hear from one of their groups if the site will be needed on
October 16, 17 & 18.  If they decide to keep those dates for themselves she
did say that November 6, 7 & 8 is available at this time.

Do you want me to ask Bev to reserve those dates for us if Oct 16, 17 & 18
won't be available or are those November dates not an options for us?
