[SBU Board] Treasurer's Report for Calendar Year 2019

I am working on a proposed budget for 2020, which I will forward as soon as it is ready.
Although my term on the Board, and service as Treasurer, have ended, Ann has asked me to attend the meeting on Tuesday, and to assist the new Treasurer in the transition.
