Site Selection, Tournaments, other?)

4.      Financial report (John/Monty)

5.      Legal issues per elections for the bank and ACBL (Monty)

6.      Email re Unit/District 19 discipline (Ray to fill in blanks)

7.      Publicity report (JC)

8.      Upcoming tournaments:

Sweetheart Sectional (Feb 14-16) (Ann/Susan): review checklist, parking
signs and help with parking; article in SUN stressing parking rules and
lots and NO SMOKING

Spring NLM (May 2-3) (David/Susan): kids game Sat afternoon, pre event
party for newbies?

KO Sectional (May 22-25/Bothell?) (are the chairs Ann/David?)

Summer (Kent Commons, August 14-16): Chairs? Schedule?

Fall Sectional (October 16-18, Bothell? Or other?): Chairs?

Fall NLM (SBC? Date? Chairs?)

9.      Competitions Committee update (Ray)

10.   Hospitality Committee update (Tom)

11.   Youth Bridge update (Ann): Dec party SNGB; free-play chits for Feb;
advancing class in the works; new board at SNGB; link to teachers, SNGB and
