[SBU Board] while fresh in your mind

My first thoughts:
might be a better venue for Summer? but there is marked advantages of
Presidents Day weekend.
Monday of pres weekend is day to head to Portland for the regional...

We need extra TP and towels in the trailer to handle janitorial issues.
Need to talk to college about bathrooms, and if they can't/won't, offer to
use our janitorial service (hire Roberto) if at all possible, or clean them
ourselves (I'm willing)

Water situation totally workable if we have kitchen cart--that is a must in
this venue.
Lighting OK, but maybe we can get the college to check the lights that
aren't working and see if we can improve.
Set temp at 72? and tell people to prepare for drafts? Keep doors closed
rom hall and inner doors that were outside entrance

The extra garbage cans were EXCELLENT and helped to keep the mess down.

Need to remember to call security before leaving each night, and cannot
leave room until Security shows up

Complaints about the number of boards in the 0-750 swiss game, and the 90
minute lunch break --too long a break.

Most seemed to like the location and the space, temp complaints and the
hike to the bathrooms.

Mikes were great to have access to--need to do that again!

Next year, might want to rent one of the other rooms (BAXTER?) for
overflow, small game, kids section? Just an idea. We packed the room on
Saturday.

Remember how the tables were set up...9 across? 9 down? whoever set them
up jot that down! for future grids.

Signage round the campus very very useful Might want one in the WorkForce
parking lot enterance: NO BRIDGE PARKING/NO ACBL PARKING?

Hospitality was excellent! Yeah, Tom!

that's all I have for now.
