[SBU Board] 2019 Unit Award Winners

[JC Chupack]

List is truly final now, with the last bits worked out with the ACBL.  Name
corrections in this thread have been updated in the attached. And an email
has gone out to all honorees.

(Just as a matter of interest -- I did double check "Garrism" in the roster
and that is the name as he has it on file with the ACBL and thus how it'll
appear on the certificate, but I changed to Garry in our list.)
