[SBU Board] Pianola Email Blast

Hi all,

Sharon Erwin discovered and let me know that Pianola's billing system isn't
set up yet and as such, we're still able to send emails for free via that
platform.  Given that I'm not sure how long that will last (it was supposed
to be blocked already) and since we've locked down all dates and locations
for the year (yay!), I composed email blasts announcing the entire year's
tournaments to be sent to all current members within a 150mi radius of
Seattle (Vancouver, BC to Vancouver, WA, roughly).

Players below Life Master will receive a version that specifically
highlighted our I/N events (including the I/N regional).  Players Life
Master and higher will receive a version that included our open events only.

I also included a note in the email blast asking folks who aren't current
members of our unit to join our email list if they want to receive updates
about our tournaments in the future.

The emails will likely go out within the next 24 hours.
