[SBU Board] KO Flyer 2020 - Review for feedback - Comments due by 7pm on 2/6

3 Suggested changes

1) Remove Swiss and just call it Bracketed Round-Robin Teams. The "Swiss"
format literally refers to the process of pairing teams against each other
that are close in Victory Points which is the opposite of how a round robin
is done.
