[SBU Board] Next board meeting date/time

Hi all,

As promised, I wanted to check back in now that we're closer to the date.
Our normally scheduled board meeting would be September 7th, which is Labor
Day, at our usual time 6-7:30pm, roughly.

Please reply if you ARE AVAILABLE for our meeting on 9/7, 6-7:30pm (via
Zoom).  I'd like to confirm if we will have a quorum if we hold to our
normal date/time.

(If we don't have a quorum available on 9/7, 9/14 would be the fallback
date, at the usual time.)
