[SBU Board] Proposal to run Virtual KO Teams Event over Memorial Day Weekend

I am attaching a proposal for Monday's agenda to offer a virtual KO Teams
event over Memorial Day weekend in place of our sectional. Please read the
attached proposal. We can discuss it at Monday's meeting but feel free to
weigh in over email if you wish. I also asked Ray to collect opinions
during the Tuesday Mercercrest game.
