[SBU Board] our NLM Regional plans have been approved by D19

Thanks to the committee members (Susan, David and me) for putting all this
together.

As none of us know what's going to happen this fall, there may be a need to
help Tim out with either the NAP finals.  It's possible that the weekend we
have might have to serve double duty.  We'll cross the bridge as needed.
