[SBU Board] Board E-Vote: 2020 KO Sectional Cancellation

FYI - I have emailed Bev at IUOE regarding the cancellation of the May
sectional and am waiting to hear back from her on the possibility of the
August dates.  Will update you as soon as I hear back.
