[SBU Board] Seattle Rec activities closed through 6/10 - implication for KO?

I agree that it is wise to keep on eye on what various local parks
departments are doing.

However, before cancelling the May KO Sectional, I think we might like to
see what Bothell's Parks & Rec department does.  Their current action (at
https://www.bothellwa.gov/1656/COVID-19-Service-Changes ) is that all
recreation programs and facility rentals are cancelled through April 30th.

If Bothell re-opens their facilities in early May, but Seattle keeps them
closed, are we willing to hold the tournament in Bothell?
