[SBU Board] FYI - Kent cancellation terms

Hi all,

If we cancel Kent at any point, we lose a $500 deposit (that we made in
2017 for the event that year and rolled over into this contract rather than
getting it refunded). We owe them the full rental fee at 60 days out, and
after that, we lose the full fee if we cancel.
