I’m OK with that.  We’ll have a better idea of our needs after we’ve tried it once; but for the first tournament, it makes sense to err on the side of caution.

 I say we go with Patti's suggestion.  the old cafeteria might be enough, but it is possible that this sectional will be better attended than most due to the location.
I'm not sure we need to vote--we did that on Monday...

Here is the square footage of various room at NSC.  I am suggesting that we rent the old cafeteria (CC1456) and Baxter (CC13649A) as they are right next to one another and it gives us access to the water.  It will also cost us a little less money.  I am attaching the rate chart for all of the rooms.  They give us access to the room 1/2 hour before the time we request it so we might not need to add additional time.
