[SBU Board] FW: Square Footage

After meeting with you and looking at the rooms and getting the square
footage, we have decided to go with the old cafeteria , CC1456, and the
Baxter, CC1349A.  We will need both from 11:30am to 11pm 2/14, 9am to 8pm
on 2/15 and 2/16.  We need to have the stage removed from CC1456 and make
sure we have access to water in CC1349A.  We will need 8 banquet tables and
320 chairs.  I am so sorry for the inconvenience in having to rework the
contract.  Would you please email me a copy of the contract as soon as it
is ready and let me know what you need as a deposit.  We will be more than
happy to provide you with a non -profit certificate and proof of
insurance.  Thank you again for being so flexible and understanding.
