[SBU Board] Barbara Nist Recognition

I vote no for the reasons JC stated. I feel like handling it this way might
send the wrong message to other valuable members of our unit like Pat and
Polly who became GLMs a few years ago but were not (as far as I'm aware)
similarly recognized.

If a presentation should take place, I think it should take place at
Barbara's party rather than in Bothell. I think concerns about how other
people might feel become even more relevant when considering doing it at
Bothell. If we are going to do this, I think the original idea of Barbara's
party is a better one.
