[SBU Board] meeting next Monday at MI Library

I'm voting against, but not having anything to do with Barbara
specifically. I would prefer the board have a consistent approach for this
type of recognition rather than handling as one-offs. I'm concerned about
the appearance of favoritism, considering if the board might miss a similar
achievement when we don't have a formal process around what does and
doesn't warrant.
