[SBU Board] Sweetheart Sectional 2020 - draft flyer

Hi all,

Attached is a draft flyer for the 2020 Sweetheart Sectional.  There's a lot
of gaps, so this is not for final review...just to help us fill in and
complete.

The only changes to the schedule & strats versus last year that I put in so
far was to make Friday a typical aft/eve (2019's Friday was a daylight
schedule, no evening) based on the postmortem notes. I didn't see anything
else in the postmortem related to the schedule.

We can discuss tomorrow evening and set a timeline for submission to the
ACBL.
