In case you haven’t seen it, here’s a link to the arbitrator’s ruling that the ACBL’s termination of Gidwani as CEO violated his employment agreement.  While damages have not been fully assessed, it looks like there’s going to be a hit on the ACBL treasury of a million dollars or so if you include both sides’ attorneys’ fees.

There is, as you might imagine, an extensive thread on Bridgewinners discussing this.   Not many are defending the way the ACBL handled this.
