[SBU Board] Expected Request for Donation from Unit 446 to Seattle Next Generation Bridge

At our last Board meeting, one of the Board members reported that Anne Farmer had flown first class to Seattle after the NABCs in Atlanta.
He suggested that Anne might have used SNGB funds for that purpose.

I had an obligation to determine the accuracy of this, since I also serve on the Board of SNGB.
I have now done so.

Anne did fly first class on that trip, which she reports was required because she flew with a service dog.
But she paid the cost entirely from her personal funds.
I have seen documentation to support this.
There is therefore no basis whatever for the suggestion that she made improper use of SNGB funds for her personal transportation. 

I have urged her to make very explicit, when she requests funds from Unit 446 or from DINO, how the funds would be used.
