[SBU Board] Please review: Flyer / NLM Regional

My comments & questions:

   - Is there any reason we specifically wanted it to be NLMs with 0-750
instead of just 0-750? Is the NLM designation necessary for it to be
   considered I/N?
   - For the online posted version of the flyer (not the print version),
make sure to use hyperlinks for linking to the map to the location, the
unit website, the page for the Harvest sectional, and the page on our unit
website that gives more info about entry fees
   - Are we going to print the Harvest Sectional flyer and this one as a
   2-sided flyer?
   - In the light green section:
      - Consider noting specifically that the Harvest Sectional is an open
event and that it's not just co-located but on the same
schedule. (I don't
pretend to know how to say that succinctly.)
      - The "discounts under 25" isn't clear whether you mean masterpoints
      or age.
      - In the light pink section, you don't have to put the sanction # on
the flyer. (You just have to have the sanction before you can submit a
flyer.) Most people don't know what a sanction # is, either, so it doesn't
   add a lot of value.
   - Keep in mind that you'll print in greyscale or B&W, so make sure
you're happy with how it looks in that format, too. I usually do some
tweaks to the greyscale versions of the flyers to make sure they're clear
and that there's not just this max of slightly varying grey boxes. :)
   - I try to put the website URL on all the flyers in part to train folks
that they can look there for info in addition to the flyers. Maybe try to
put it in with the directors/chairs or in with the tournament phone? But
up to you. Not a hard requirement.
