[SBU Board] Harvest Sectional Flyer Draft v3

Nope, no need to review.  That flyer is already finalized. I'll just be
printing this one as a two-sided with the NLM Regional flyer. (The hard
copies the board looked at on Monday evening were the 2-sided print.)

For the copy I submit to the ACBL, the text about the flyer being on the
other side will be adjusted to just link to the NLM Regional's flyer/page.
I am glad you mentioned that so I don't forget when prepping the different
variants tonight. (For those who might not know, I generally have an online
version, a color print version, and a B&W print version of each flyer,
adjusted for best reading in each format...the online version has
hyperlinks whereas the print versions don't, etc.)
