[SBU Board] Fwd: Larry Cohen Bridge Event

U446 Board,

Please find below an email and flyer from Carroll Guichon (an acquaintance from Vancouver U430) who is facilitating a program by Larry Cohen in the Vancouver area next June.  She indicates Larry would also like to do a program in Seattle, presumably in conjunction with the one in BC (he lives in Florida).   You might consider the possibility of such a program for U446 I/N players.  I told Carroll I would forward her note & flyer to you.

Joel Fuhrmann, Jenny Ballantyne, Tony Marshall, the Hellers, Renae and I experienced Larry’s program as part of a Panama Canal cruise a couple years ago.  John and Sherry Weinberg have done Larry’s program multiple times.  He is outstanding —informative and entertaining, with a great touch.  His format of a lecture (interactive) followed by four pre-arranged hands is an excellent learning experience for players of all levels.
