[SBU Board] Miracles of miracles, I think I have a venue for the winter tournament

We can't have the valentine's weekend, but we can have Feb 28/29Mar1, or
times earlier in January.
It is the Teamsters Hall in Tukwila.  I'll get back to you, but I think
this venue will work, with one issue: we'll have to encourage carpooling,
as it doesn't quite have 150 spots available.  Rent should be reasonable
(on par of Bothell).

Goes to show...I was chatting up my cousin Rick Romeo and his wife, Dana,
who is a secretary at the Hall at my mom's wake.  Sometimes good things
happen out of bad.
