[SBU Board] KO Flyer - Review with one outstanding item

Attached is the KO Flyer for board proofing/review, with one open item:
whether the open KO will be a qualifying Swiss+KO. I sent a note to Jenni
today to inquire about the qualifying Swiss/KO event type and will inform
the board when I have any news/update so we can make a call on whether to
use that event instead.

In the interim, feel free to review and let me know of changes.

As with the Spring NLM Flyer, I'll try to have this one ready at the board
meeting for distribution, but that depends on the final call for the
potential event change.
